A couple of weeks ago I wrote an article about automation having a face at in2vate. While I really enjoyed the idea of that concept it also had me pause and review how it relates to our mission statement. in2vate’s mission is to “assist organizations in reducing risk and bettering lives. We do so by helping You make risk management simple through automation, aggregation, education, and the evaluation of your risk processes.” It’s easy to get mesmerized by the sizzle of automation, but without the knowledge backing it, you get no steak with that sizzle.
There is an emerging theme where we see our clients moving beyond a primary focus on education to reduce losses. Typically, they are trying to have more meaningful interactions with their insureds/members. This becomes challenging as all organizations are trying to do more with less resources. Eventually, they turn to in2vate for assistance.
We regularly see clients begin with a specific problem and branch out from there. It could be reaching an underserved book of business or looking at an individual risk or process that is taking away from other more important elements of their engagement. We have always believed that the need for education will always be there – however it is now more about using technology to identify where to distribute their limited resources. We can then devote the right resources to educate the right audience.
Because we provide an individualized strategy with each of our clients, we see that “automation with a face” allows us to take another major step in Helping You make risk management simple. Other companies have automation, or artificial intelligence, but it isn’t integrated in meaningful way with the plethora of resources that in2vate has. Our staff are experts in risk management and are there to help every step of the way to make sure that your organization has the right strategy and the right resources to succeed.

Risk Management in the workplace is complicated and has many facets, but the most important is also the one that comes first – preventative measures.
One of our clients reached out to us with a major problem during covid, but the truth is covid just pushed it to the surface. The challenge was how can they easily demonstrate their client engagement to their leadership team. The field staff were working more with clients solving a multitude of problems, it just was not in the field, it was over the phone.
The goal of this article is to share a small case study of how in2vate collaborates with our clients help solve their problems with our Enterprise Risk Management technology.
