You have successfully logged in, located your module, and clicked the “start” button–but a blank page opens and nothing happens?
- Be sure you are using one of the following browsers (what’s a browser and how do I know which one I’m using?): Google chrome, Apple Safari, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge.

If you continue to experience the blank screen while using a recommended browser, the issue is likely due to outdated Adobe Flash Player plugin on your browser. Here are two steps to resolve:
- Log in to your account and open the module using a different internet browser. If this does not work, move to step 2.
- Update Adobe Flash Player.
