We would like to announce a new partnership with iLearningEngines (ILE), a global provider of machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI). Their mission is to use data and learning to improve outcomes, which aligns perfectly with our mission. iLearningEngines currently is working in variety of verticals globally. They were rated the #5 Top Tech Company in North America on the Technology Fast 500 list in 2019 and #7 in 2018. With in2vate as a key partner they will be expanding their capabilities into the property casualty business.
There are two major features that will be plug and play for our clients; those are the content ingestion AI technology and their bot technology. The ingestion AI allows a client to take in any current trainings, documents, and videos (even YouTube videos) making the information available from a single location for a user. No more searching for information. The AI can even create custom educational programs for individual users using the ingested content.
The bot technology can take this same information and make it searchable. The bot can be located in a single place or multiple places, including anywhere on a website, Slack, and other internal communication channels. The content can be limited based on roles and profiles.
Many years ago, we updated our tagline to “helping you make risk management simple.” When we created this, our primary service was a Learning Management System and a variety of custom technology for our clients. Since that time, we have pivoted from custom-built tools to technology that is adaptable and scalable such as our Enterprise Risk Technology, Workload System, and Claims Display. We have worked on ease of use for administrators utilizing our system and data aggregation services to help drive decision making.
The timing is perfect for in2vate’s clients to use the risk data we have already aggregated for them in combination with these new machine learning tools to more easily target services and resources. This new relationship will help fast forward the initiatives of both in2vate and iLearningEngines
We will be discussing the relationship in more detail in future articles: Be on the lookout!
