How to Send a User their Login Information

Administrators have the ability to send a user their username and password.

  1. Login.
  2. Click on the “Administration” tab.
  3. Click on “Users” on the left, column menu.
  4. Search for the specific user in the user list.
  5. Click on the user’s name to open their account settings and records.
  6. Next to their email address field, there is a link that says “Email Account Info” (see below).
  7. Click this link and the in2vate system will send login information to the email address displayed in the “Email” field.
