Are you experiencing issues with your end-users not receiving email communications from our system?
First, verify that the user(s) reporting they did not receive their email:
- Check their SPAM and Junk folders.
- Have accurate email addresses associated with their account.
- Are looking for the email in the correct address inbox.
Next, if users are not finding the email, your organization’s firewall and security measures might be blocking emails from reaching users at your organization. Here’s what you can do.
Contact your IT department and ask for them to whitelist our domains. Reach out to the in2vate Helpdesk to obtain the domains your organization need to whitelist.
