A failed login recovery may display the following message:
“The information you supplied matches more than one user account. This is most likely due to a shared e-mail address or duplicate registrations.”
This indicates that you have more than one account on the system by accident, or intentionally. The system does not know which account to send user information for and therefore cannot send any information for security cautions.
To recover your login information, reach out to your organization’s Administrator.
